What we store

If you create an account we store your name, e-mail address, a protected hash of your password (never the password itself), the date you joined, whether you confirmed your e-mail, and your plan. For every tool action we record which tool was used, how many credits it cost and when, so that we can show your usage and apply credit limits. If you use the contact form we store what you send. If you buy Pro we store the amount, date and the Razorpay payment reference.

Payments

Payments are handled on the page of our payment provider, Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay and never reach our servers. We only receive a confirmation with the amount and a payment reference.

Uploaded files

The tools need the files you choose to upload. Uploaded files and results are kept temporarily so you can download them, are available only to the visitor or account that created them, and are deleted automatically, normally within about an hour. Do not upload confidential information unless you are comfortable using the service for that purpose.

Google Drive (optional)

If you connect Google Drive we ask only to read files so you can import them and to save files this site creates. The connection is kept on our server for up to 24 hours after you last use it, and you can disconnect it at any time from the Drive picker.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie that keeps you logged in, protects forms against forgery and holds a random visitor number used to apply the limits for visitors who are not logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

E-mail

We send e-mail only for your account: confirming your address, resetting a password and security notices. We do not send marketing e-mail.

How long we keep things

Usage history is kept for about 13 months (for visitors who are not logged in, about 2 days). Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Contact messages are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself: log in, open your dashboard and use Delete account at the bottom. This removes your account, usage history and any contact messages sent from your e-mail address. Records of payments are kept for accounting, but they no longer contain your name or e-mail. If you cannot log in, contact us from the address you registered with.

Security

Passwords are stored as hashes. Connections use HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask about, correct or delete the information linked to your account at any time through the contact page.
