What you buy
GenPixels Pro is a digital service. One payment gives you a fixed number of days of Pro access. It is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again unless you choose to pay again.
If something went wrong
If you were charged but Pro did not activate, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with your payment id and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Other refund requests
If you are not happy with Pro, write to us within 7 days of your payment. We review each request on its own merits.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
